We have developed six separate and distinct training and development assessments to help you assess and evaluate your current learning platforms.
The purpose of these assessments is to help you evaluate the many aspects and effectiveness of your training and educational strategies, and to identify any potential ways to improve them, as well as to prioritize your actionable takeaways.
Each assessment focuses on a different aspect or category of your training platform that may exist in field offices and home offices. This is not an expectation that it does or should exist — only that it could.
We recommend that you complete only the assessments that are relevant to the aspects or categories you are interested in assessing at this time. You can always access the other assessments later.
Upon completion of each assessment, we will send you a copy of the questions and answers, along with suggested strategies for the best way to use your assessment results.
